Liquid Dining at Skybar is a unique four-course
drinking menu that celebrates craft cocktails, molecular mixology, creativity
and imagination. For dinner, you’ll have four courses of craft cocktails paired
with artisan breads—think mushroom-infused Belvedere with a bacon-brioche bun,
and a caviar-dressed tequila with pesto focaccia.
