Unveiling the Taboo: Days of Dialogue to Prevent Child Sexual Abuse

Join the National Council of Jewish Women/Los Angeles (NCJW/LA) Women Helping Women and Advocacy Departments for “Unveiling the Taboo: Days of Dialogue to Prevent Child Sexual Abuse” on November 14 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. This free community event about the critical topic of child sexual abuse and how we as a community can prevent it will be held at NCJW/LA Council House, 543 N. Fairfax Ave., Los Angeles.

This is one of four Days of Dialogue events being held November 13 through 16 in Southern California organized by the Child Sexual Abuse Prevention (CSAP) Advisory Council of Peace Over Violence as part of its effort to revitalize the local child sexual abuse prevention movement. It is part of a larger project funded by the MS Foundation to generate community discussion that will deepen our understanding of child sexual abuse and engage community members in actively working to support victims and prevent the sexual abuse of children.
