Rescue Cat of the Week: Cutie Pie the Shorthair

This cheerful and shy feline is spayed and up to date on her shots.

Cutie Pie is an adult female domestic shorthair cat. As adorable as her name suggests, she is sweet, though a little shy at first. Cute and cuddly, she will do best in a home that allows her some space to run around. Up-to-date on shots and spayed, she is ready for a forever place to live. Is her family waiting for her in West Hollywood?

A tale of shorthair history: These domesticated cats are thought to be descendants of the shorthaired African wildcat, the Felis silvestris lybica.
