Monday's Scoop: Meet and Greet, Fur Free Rally and Smoking Ordinance
The first reading of the proposed smoking ordinance is scheduled to take place during tonight's City Council meeting.

Fur Free Rally: A second demonstration calling for West Hollywood to become the first fur free city in the nation will take place Saturday from 12-2 p.m. Organizers will announce the location this week. Click here to follow the group on Facebook or you can visit its website at Fur Free Weho.

Vote by Mail: The process begins today. Weho voters can obtain a vote by mail application from the City Clerk's office or on the city's website. All registered voters will also receive a sample ballot in the mail with information about the candidates and Ballot Measure A (the Tax Billboard Initiative) and a vote by mail application. Meet and Greet: A meet and greet with council candidate John D'Amico will take place today at the Horn Plaza Community Room, 1230 Horn Ave., from 7-9 p.m. Donations of any amount are welcome but are not required to attend. Donations may be made directly to www.ourweho.com. For more information, .
