The City Council will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers to consider an appeal filed by Jerry Ptashkin, neighboring residential property owner, and Abdy Khorramian, project applicant, regarding the Planning Commission’s decision to approve the construction of a at the to replace the existing on-site 51-space surface parking lot and issue a conditional use permit to an existing non-conforming use located at 1317 Crescent Heights Boulevard.

The event, now in its 21st year, provides families with a holiday meal and two toys for every child. The cost to help one West Hollywood area family is $65, $165 for three families. In addition to monetary donations, store coupons or discount cards are also welcome.
