The 2,692-square-foot, three bedroom home features a courtyard entrance with a pool, high ceilings and a sunken living room.

Melissa Zee of Rodeo Realty's Sunset Strip office was the listing agent.

Beverly Hills-based real estate agent Billy Rose and a partner in Montecito are working to find a buyer for Reese Witherspoon's Libbey Ranch in Ojai, which includes a main house, three cottages and a carriage house on about seven acres. The asking price: $10 million, according to The Times.

As an incentive, Witherspoon is lending her name to the marketing materials.

The two-story home with beamed ceilings and the original planked floors was designed by architect Wallace Neff and built in 1923, as stables for Edward Libbey, founder of Libbey Glass Co. of Toledo, Ohio.

It features a big fireplace, arched windows, a library loft and Spanish tiling.

Witherspoon, 36, paid about $5.8 million for the property in 2008. The actress married talent agent Jim Toth at the ranch last year and is expecting a baby.

The "Legally Blonde'' star also has homes in her native Tennessee and
Los Angeles.
