Sunset Strips' newest restaurant, Al Bacio has been named “Diners’ Choice” by OpenTable, a popular online reservation and review website. The honor is bestowed to the “top voted” restaurants and is indicative of consistent rave reviews among guests. Executive Chef Christian Simionato expressed gratitude to reviewers, many of whom have cited the authenticity and quality of his cuisine. Made from top-of-the-line Italian ingredients and with all dishes made from scratch on the premises. It’s no surprise that the food is reminiscent of Simionato's home country.
Venice, Italy native Simionato worked at high-end restaurants throughout Europe and Beijing before he started his career in the U.S alongside partner and restaurant veteran, Roberto Sarracino as well as investor/partners Gennaro Pirozzi and Antonio Galdiero. Saracino, the owner of an exclusive and high-end Italian food import business, secures only the finest ingredients from Italy -- ones not available to many other restaurants due to their high cost.
