Rosa Mexicano Offering Fall-Inspired Drinks

The popular contemporary Mexican restaurant is celebrating the end of summer with three specialty cocktails for the fall season.

Rosa Mexicano, located at 8570 Sunset Boulevard, is now offering three fall-inspired cocktails, all of which incorporate October's favorite ingredient, pumpkin.

• La Calabacita—$13: Autumn flavors of pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg are a natural pairing for the rich vanilla and caramel notes of Herradura Añejo.

• ¿Que Pasa Calabaza?—$13: Casa Noble reposado organic tequila, pumpkin, maple syrup, fresh tangerine, lemon and cinnamon.

• Otoño / Fall Michelada—$10: Pumpkin Ale, Herradura reposado, apple, fresh lemon and sage.

“We wanted to capture the spirit of the season with some key fall flavors—apple, pumpkin and sage," said Rosa Mexicano Beverage Director, Brook Vandecar. "The hearty pumpkin ale blends well with the woody, vanilla notes in the Herradura, balanced by the fresh lemon and apple syrup which we make in-house with fresh apples. This drink tastes like your favorite fall brew and apple pie all in one.”
