Irv's Burgers, the longtime and beloved burger joint at 8289 Santa Monica Blvd., had been open since 1950 but was forced to close in October due to a dispute with the landlord.
But now comes word that Irv's, which has been run by the Hong family since 2000, may have found a new home. According to Eater LA:
Through the grapevine comes word that the Hong family will move Irv's less than half a mile down the block into the shuttered Biscuit Cafe plot on Santa Monica Boulevard near Laurel Hardware.
