Get ready to get brunch on at Petrossian Paris. One of two pre fixe brunch options, the standard 3-course menu, is a $39 dip-into yummy pistachio-topped brioche french toast. Along with the pistachios, powdered sugar, fresh chunks of strawberries and plenty of syrup, the sugary toppings were balanced out to salty and sweet perfection with the slightly crunchy brioche bread bottom.
