27 Weho Restaurants Offering DineLA Deals This Week and Next

Sunset Strip eateries from BOA to Asia de Cuba are offering specially priced three-course meals through Oct. 14.

Ever wanted to dine on the rooftop of hotel, splurge on steak at or try Suzanne Goin’s Cal-Med Melrose eatery ? Now is your chance to eat gourmet without breaking the bank. The dineLA Fall 2011 Restaurant Week has arrived.

The initiative was created to drive business for the local restaurant community and build awareness for LA as a "premier dining city," according to the dineLA website.

This year, 27 West Hollywood restaurants are participating in the 12-day promotion. Between October 2-7 and 9-14, local eateries are offering specially priced three-course meals for lunch and/or dinner in one of three dining categories: deluxe ($16, lunch/$26, dinner), premier ($22/$34) or fine dining ($28/$44).

Lucques' dineLA lunch menu, for example, is priced at $28, excluding alcohol, tax and gratuity, with dinner at $44. First course choices for the latter include figs, melon and prosciutto with arugula, carrot soup or a Greek style salad; grilled chicken, baked gnocchi or hanger steak are options for the second course; and dessert selections include a bittersweet chocolate torta, warm apple crostata or sticky toffee pudding.

Dinner over at tenacious Scottish chef Gordon Ramsay's restaurant off Sunset Boulevard comes to $44. Choose from crispy veal sweetbreads, endive or charred octopus salads and mushroom risotto, grilled chicken breast or braised beef brisket. Then finish the meal off with a pear and almond tart or Valrhona chocolate fondant with salted caramel.
