- Why Go: If you haven't had a chance to attend a meet and greet with candidates, this can be a good time to start. Other running candidates occassionally show up to other fundraisers. When March 8 comes around, you'll have the opportunity to cast an informed vote.
- Pricing: Suggested donation is $50

- Why Go: The elections are less than a month away and this can give you a chance to meet one of the candidates running for City Council.
- Pricing: Suggested donation is $20

- Why Go: Event organizers from CityX1 will bring you a Pre-St. Valentine's Party for LGBTQ youth complete with club DJ's, a laser show, pizza and heart candy.
- Pricing: Free of charge

- Where/When: The intersection of Santa Monica and San Vicente boulevards (the grassy area on the southeast corner) on Feb. 12 from 12-2 p.m.
- Why Go: There are plenty of animal lovers in West Hollywood. You might be interested in attending this rally in making the city the first fur-free city in the nation.
- Pricing: Free of charge (you may want to bring a sign).

- Where/When: Auditorium, 647 N. San Vicente Blvd., Feb. 12. from 6-9 p.m.
- Why Go: Get into the Valentine's Day state of mind and enjoy a cabaret show.
- Pricing: $10 includes cabaret and complimentary appetizers (no host beverages and coffee bar).
