Wednesday's Scoop: Documentary 'Making Sh*t Up' to Screen at West Hollywood Library
The City of West Hollywood, Los Angeles Art Association to co-present film about an ambitious young conceptual artist.

Main Event: Making Sh*t Up Screening
The contemporary art documentary follows the energetic rise of an enterprising and fervent BFA graduate named Bert Rodriguez for three years. The film stars conceptual and performance artists Marina Abramovic and Vito Acconci, New York Magazine senior art critic Jerry Saltz, Yvonne Force Villareal of the Art Production Fund, Pop Art: A Critical History author Steven Henry Madoff, and New York contemporary art blogger C-Monster.net, to name a few. - SER: L.A. vs B.A., a solo show written and performed by Karen Anzoategui, is playing at the MACHA Theatre (1107 N. Kings Rd.) at 8 p.m. Admission is $20 at the door.
