Sunday's Scoop: NCJW/LA to Host Performance of Play About Gay Muslim Girl

All proceeds from the theatrical fundraiser will benefit the organization's Esther Lewin Emergency Survival Fund, which assists women and their families in severe need.

  • National Council of Jewish Women/Los Angeles invites the public to a theatrical fundraiser, featuring an exclusive presentation of a one-woman play written by Wendy Graf about a young gay Muslim girl living in New York. The event will be held at NCJW/LA Council House located at 543 N. Fairfax Ave. Tickets are $50, $35 of which is tax-deductible.
