Saturday at the Sunset Strip Music Festival

Sunset Boulevard between Doheny Drive and San Vicente Boulevard will be closed to traffic for the festival. Set times announced for all performers.

The following is an edited press release from the Sunset Strip Music Festival.

Sunset Strip Music Festival (SSMF) organizers and venues have announced set times for the Saturday, August 18 street festival featuring performances by Marilyn Manson, The Offspring, Steve Aoki, Bad Religion and more than 70 artists throughout the day and into the night. 

Sunset Boulevard will be closed to traffic on Saturday between Doheny Drive and San Vicente Boulevard.

In addition, the street festival this year will also feature the Monster Energy east side stage, Bud Light’s beer garden, food trucks, Gibson GuitarTown art guitar installations and interactive experiences including the LA Kings’ street hockey games, a shot on goal simulator, the LA Kings Ice Rider and giveaways.

The Jack Daniel’s Experience mobile museum will also be on site this year as well as Got2Be’s “Church of Rock,” which will allow attendees to give their rock and roll confessions and The Samsung Galaxy SIII Experience.

VIP street fest ticketholders will have access to all of the above plus entrance to the VIP rooftop lounge that features specialty food options, full no-host bar, seating areas and views of the west stage, as well as access to the Virgin America VIP Lounge at On The Rox and VIP areas in the Bud Light beer garden and within the venues.

“This year’s street festival features exciting experiences that will engage our attendees throughout the day. In addition to an amazing lineup of artists, they will be able to enjoy some of L.A.’s best food trucks, outdoor beer gardens and lounges, art installations and exciting activations that all celebrate the vibrancy of this eclectic boulevard,” noted SSMF managing director Karmen Beck.
