Is Jonah Hill a Homophobe?

The actor drops a choice word at a paparazzo in Los Angeles and went on "The Tonight Show" last night to apologize.

Jonah Hills was walking down the street in the Larchmont area when a paparazzo he said was antagonizing him got under his skin so much, the actor threw the F-bomb.

Not THAT F-bomb, the other one. The homophobic one.

So that begs the question, just because you use a certain word, does that mean your a homophobe (or a racist or whatever-ist for that matter)?

Hill, a self-described long-time supporter of the LGBTQ community, went on "The Tonight Show" last night and apologized.

"I didn't mean it in an homophobic way," he said. But he understands that it doesn't really matter how he intended it because words have meaning on their own.

"I'm genuinely deeply sorry if I offended anyone whoever has been hurt by that term in their life. ... I deserve the stuff I'm going to get for this."
