Spring Band Concert

Four bands from Fairfax High School will perform -- the Fairfax Academy Wind Ensemble, the Fairfax Academy Orchestra, the Fairfax Academy Chamber Orchestra and the Fairfax Academy Symphony. Also performing will be the Fairfax Academy Dance Guard.

Selections include: Bacchanal, Titanic Suite, Magic Flute Overture, Music from Avatar Motion Picture, Sonatina by Mozart to name a few.

Two bands from the Laurel Span School will also perform -- the Laurel Wind Ensemble and the Laurel Concert Band.

Selections include: Battle Hymn of the Republic, Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, Latin Fire, Dragon Fire and others.

All bands are conducted by band director Ray Vizcarra.

Showtime is 6:30 p.m. in the Fairfax High School Auditorium.
