Fall Clothing Drive with LA Gay & Lesbian Center

The L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center's Young Professionals Council (YPC) will host its fourth annual YPC Fall Clothing Drive on Sunday, Dec. 5 at East/West Lounge in West Hollywood—featuring spectacular drink specials—to benefit LGBT homeless youth served by the Center. In past years, party guests have filled more than 300 bags with new or gently worn clothes.

Guests are encouraged to bring unwanted casual clothing items such as socks, underwear, jackets, T-shirts, pants, shoes and tennis shoes for the homeless LGBT youth served by the Center, including those who have a home with the Center's Transitional Living Program and those who depend on the Jeff Griffith Youth Center in WestHollywood.

The youth center offers three meals a day, showers, clothing, counseling, a GED preparation program and much more.
