A day-long book sale and a ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held by the Friends of the West Hollywood Library (FOL) in celebration of its bookstore’s official opening on Mar. 31. The event will take place in the AutoCourt of the .
In addition to the book sale, West Hollywood's "The Big Read 2012” will have a table with information about the upcoming programming in April, the theme of which is Ray Bradbury’s classic Fahrenheit 451.
A silent auction and refreshments will be part of the day’s celebration. In honor of what would have been Dr. Seuss’s 108th birthday this month, a beautiful handmade “Dr. Seuss” quilt will be auctioned. The bidding will close at 2 pm.
