Author Randy Neece to Speak at West Hollywood Book Fair

Author Randy Neece will appear at the 11th Annual West Hollywood Book Fair on Sunday, September 30, 2012, to talk about his newly published book, Gone Today, Here Tomorrow, an unflinchingly honest memoir in which Randy writes about his battle with AIDS and his final unwillingness to fight “one more episode of the illness.” With perseverance instilled by the love and tenacity of his husband Joe, Randy survives and is given a second chance at life.

Neece, producer and director of the Emmy-award winning AIDS drama, “Secrets,” will be a speaker on the panel “The AIDS Memoir,” which runs from 2:45 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.  Moderated by award-winning author Carole Brody Fleet, the discussion will be presented in the LGBT Lounge.  For more information about Randy Neece, go to www.randallneece.com.

The West Hollywood Book Fair will take place from 10:00 a.m. – 6 p.m. at the West Hollywood Library and West Hollywood Park, 625 San Vicente Boulevard.  It is free and open to the public. Admission and parking are free and shuttles will be available. To learn more about the West Hollywood Book Fair, call (323) 848-6482 or visit www.westhollywoodbookfair.com
