PHOTOS: Brit Pop Star Makes Milkshakes
An estimated 3,000 teenagers lined the sidewalks of Boystown for a chance to meet their idol, Cher Lloyd, a 19-year-old British singer who served her fans milkshakes on Wednesday.
Wondering about that long line of teenagers lined up along San Vicente Boulevard past the Pacific Design Center late Wednesday afternoon?
They were hard to miss. Rare to see that many teenage girls, plus a few teenage guys, in Boystown on a weekday. Or anyday, except maybe for Halloween.
Turns out they were there to see Cher Lloyd who was doing a guest stint making milkshakes at .

If you’re over 30 and don’t know who Cher Lloyd is, don’t feel bad. She’s a 19-year-old British pop star who came to fame on Britain’s version of the X-Factor.
Lloyd is trying to break into the American market, currently touring the country promoting her single “Want U Back,” a song that’s reported to be in the top 5 of the US iTunes. Lloyd also performed last week on America’s Got Talent.

An estimated 3,000 of Lloyd’s young fans lined up to be served a milkshake by their idol. Lloyd created her own version of a milkshake using Oreos, marshmallows, bananas and caramel sauce. She appropriately named her concoction, ‘Brat Attack.’
