Celebs Celebrate Emmy Wins in Weho

Cast members from "Glee," "Modern Family" and other shows party at local hot spots well into the night.

Stars came out in full force Sunday night in West Hollywood after the 63rd annual Emmy Awards, which took place at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles.

Highlights from the show included wins for Mad Men, which took home a trophy for best drama, and Modern Family, which swept supporting acting categories, as well as outstanding comedy series. After the broadcast, television's best and brightest were ready to let loose, hitting up several different parties happening in and around town.

HBO’s annual fete was held at its usual spot, the . The channel's actors showed up in support of their nominated programs.

True Blood's Anna Paquin and husband Stephen Moyer were on the scene. Peter Dinklage, who walked away with outstanding supporting actor in a drama series for his work in Boardwalk Empire, was also on hand.

Other celebs who came out to celebrate at the HBO soiree include Claire Danes, Mark Wahlberg, Michael C. Hall, Julie Bowen, Melissa McCarthy, Jeremy Piven and Sophia Vergara.

The other hot party in West Hollywood was hosted at trendy new eatery for Fox Broadcasting, 20th Century Fox TV and FX.

The cast of Glee took part in the festivities, with notable cast member Lea Michele in attendance. Emmy host Jane Lynch showed up with her family to celebrate both her hit Fox series Glee and a job well done as the evening's emcee.

And finally, the evening went on into the wee hours of the morning at Jimmy Fallon’s after party, held at perennial club favorite . The rager was the party to be at, with celebrities such as longtime Fallon pal Drew Barrymore in attendance, as well as Jon Hamm, Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Andy Samberg, and Kristen Wiig.
