Tuesday's Scoop: 'The Clock' Still Ticking at Nearby LACMA

The West Coast premiere of artist Christian Marclay's 24-hour montage runs until Tuesday at 11 a.m.

Sentencing for Dr. Nathan Kuemmerle

The West Hollywood psychiatrist accused of operating a "pill mill," in which thousands of prescriptions for addictive drugs were allegedly written for cash, will be sentenced at the U.S. District Court Downtown at 4 p.m., reports City News Service. Kuemmerle pleaded guilty to a single charge of distribution of a controlled substance. 

Russian Advisory Board Meeting

The board meets at 7 p.m. in City Hall's Community Conference Room. On the agenda is a Book Fair presentation, follow-up to the Victory in Europe Day 2011 celebration, and a discussion of the Russian Cultural Festival and Community Awards set to take place on Wednesday. Tuesday Night Social Club

The event sponsored by the City of West Hollywood’s Russian Advisory Board, Recreational Club, and “Time Presses” Russian – American Club invite residents to join in a night of karaoke, music, potluck and socializing. Admission is free. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. in Plummer Park's Great Hall.
