The comedian-actor will be promoting his new book, "This is a Book," at Book Soup on the Sunset Strip on Tuesday evening.

The Comedy Central host will present and sign copies of his new book, This is a Book, which was released on April 25, and consists of Martin's essays, musings and drawings. Part of the comic's 10 city “Big Book Tour," the in-store Weho event begins at 7 p.m. You can purchase the book for $24.99 on Book Soup's website.

Fresh Corn Grill Seeks Permit to Serve Alcohol

The healthy comfort food restaurant's second location at 8714 Santa Monica Blvd., which opened last month, is requesting a minor conditional use permit for consumption of alcohol as an accessory use at the existing restaurant.
