City Meetings: 

• Performing Arts and Cultural Affairs Subcommittee Meeting at 5 p.m. in City Hall's Community Conference Room. Among the agenda items is a presentation from the Friends of West Hollywood Elementary to consider approving a $1,000 Arts Participation Grant to support costs associated with the school's music program.

• Rent Stabilization Commission Meeting at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers. Public hearings are set for 836 Westmount Dr., 1037 ¼ N. Sweetzer Ave.,  and 813 Westmount Dr. Read the full agenda here.

• Lesbian and Gay Advisory Board Meeting at 7 p.m. in the Community Conference Room. A representative from Love Honor Cherish will discuss efforts to repeal Prop 8 and the Advisory Board will discuss lesbian visibility in the city, according to the meeting agenda.

The Forecast:

• Thursday's forecast is sunny, with a high near 68, according to the National Weather Service. West Hollywood will see calm wind becoming west around 5 mph., and mostly clear skies. The low will be around 45.
