Main Event: 'Snowed In' Party
on the Sunset Strip is pulling out all the stops for their holiday party, complete with snow on the patio, Christmas-themed karaoke and Fireball whiskey drink specials sure to warm you up. Swing by around 9 p.m. to partake in the festivities, and keep an eye out for Santa and some elves.

- The city's Urban Arts Subcommittee is meeting at 5 p.m. in the Rent Stabilization Hearings Room. The subcommittee will discuss and begin development of its 2012-14 work plan and budget priorities and receive an update from staff on the Percent for Art Ordinance Modification, according to the agenda.
- The West Hollywood Women’s Advisory Board is meeting at 7 p.m. in the Community Conference Room. According to the agenda, the board will consider co-sponsoring an upcoming writers discussion about Elizabeth Taylor, hosted by Writers Bloc—an organization that hosts literary events.
