Sunday's Scoop: Your Guide to All Things Easter

Easter Sunday Services

Many churches in and around town will be holding Easter Day services. Begin your morning with a Sunrise Service at 6 a.m. in Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills. Two options for worship at 11 a.m. include West Hollywood Presbyterian Church's service, featuring the WHPC Choral Ensemble and an Easter egg hunt for kids after worship, and Bel Air Presbyterian Church's free annual worship at the Hollywood Bowl.

Many Weho eateries have cooked up special menus for Easter. A Trip to the Zoo 

Finish off your Easter Day with a trip to the Los Angeles Zoo. The bunny-based event will feature bunnies for petting, bunny ears for the kids to wear and special face painting through 4 p.m. General admission, ages 13-61, is $14, children, ages 2-12, $9; seniors, ages 62 and older, $11.

The National Weather Service predicts a 20 percent chance of showers before 11 a.m. West Hollywood will see a partly sunny Easter Day, with a high near 65, and a low around 54.
