Friday's Scoop: Countdown to Carmageddon

The 405 is about to close for the weekend.

Greetings, and welcome to today's City Scoop. Here's what's happening Friday in West Hollywood:

Main Event:

Ramps will start closing on the 405 between the 101 and 10 Freeways at 7 p.m. At 10 p.m., lanes will start closing with full closure by midnight.
