AIDS Walk Media Gallery

Here are photos and video from Sunday's AIDS Walk.

The 28th Annual AIDS Walk Los Angeles took place on the streets of West Hollywood on Sunday.

Thousands came out for the city's largest AIDS fundraiser, with the proceeds going to AIDS Project Los Angeles and other AIDS prevention programs.

Last year's walk raised $3 million, and since its inception in 1984, the AIDS Walk has raised over $72 million.

Glad I stayed at home. I hate crowds like that! They changed the route from where it use to be. Use to be much longer.

Paul, really?

Yep, it was longer before. It use to stretch around Hollywood. Maybe they shortened it due to traffic tie ups?

Hey Paul, The route was shortened due to space shuttle Endeavor's L.A. travels. Best, Marie
