Al Bacio Ristorante Now Serving Up Lunch!

LA’s newest restaurant, Al Bacio on the Sunset Strip, has announced the introduction of weekday lunch service Tuesdays – Fridays 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. effective immediately. Executive Chef Christian Simionato has crafted a menu of authentic Italian cuisine made from top-of-the-line ingredients with all dishes made from scratch and right on the premises. The menu also includes a daily “express” option for $12 and served within 12 minutes for those on the run.

Entrees include two pasta dishes including rigatoni pomodoro with eggplant and smoked ricotta for $13 and oreccchiette in a beef ragu for $14; seared salmon with sautéed Swiss chard and roasted fingerling potatoes for $18; roasted chicken breast with sautéed carrots and seasonal mushrooms for $17; and hanger steak in red wine sauce served with rustic potatoes and sautéed spinach for $19. Several entrée size salads including the signature Al Bacio salad featuring octopus, potato, olives, tomatoes, shaved carrots, fennel and lemon dressing for $14 and buffalo mozzarella/tomato/basil with oregano bread chips for $10. Homemade desserts like baked apple tart with orange cream and milk gelato, tiramisu and a selection of gelatos and sorbets round out the menu.

Venice, Italy native Simionato worked at high-end restaurants throughout Europe and Beijing before starting his career in the U.S. He and partner, restaurant veteran Roberto Sarracino, owner of an exclusive, high-end Italian food importer, are committed to preparing everything from scratch using top-notch food products and ingredients available to them from Sarracino’s import business.
