5 Things to Do This Weekend in Weho

Soak up the sounds of the Kottonmouth Kings at the Key Club or laugh with 14 great comics at The Comedy Store.

 

Still have no idea what to do this weekend? Don't panic. Patch is coming to the rescue. Check out our pick-and-choose planner for this Friday through Sunday in West Hollywood. 

1. Led Zepagain Live Show 

  • Where/When: House of Blues Sunset Strip, 8430 W. Sunset Blvd., West Hollywood. Friday at 9 p.m. Doors open at 8 p.m.
  • Why Go: San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino present a live show with the Led Zeppelin cover band at the Sunset Strip venue. Also enjoy performances by rock bands Bonfire and Fireball. 
  • Cost: $20

2. Sunset Live Presents Kottonmouth Kings

  • Where/When: Key Club Hollywood, 9039 W. Sunset Blvd., West Hollywood. Saturday at 7 p.m.
  • Why Go: Come to the Key Club for a live hip-hop show by Kottonmouth Kings, Kingspade, D LOC, Johnny Richter, The Dirtball and DJ spins with Dj Bobby B.
  • Cost: $20 

3. Comics Stand-Up Show

  • Where/When: The Comedy Store, 8433 W. Sunset Blvd., West Hollywood. Saturday at 9 p.m.
  • Why Go:  The Comedy Store presents 14 great comics to headline the Main Room. Enjoy a stand-up show filled with humor and fun, featuring Ahmed Ahmed, Al Madrigal and Sarah Tiana. 
  • Cost: $20 

4. Library Book Sale

  • Where/When: Fairfax Branch Library, 161 S. Gardner St., Los Angeles. Saturday at 10 a.m.
  • Why Go: Come to the library’s book sale and browse through used books and other materials at great bargain prices. You can never have enough books in your collection.
  • Cost: Free

5. Author Event with Meir Doron and Joseph Gelman

  • Where/When: Book Soup, 8818 Sunset Blvd., West Hollywood. Sunday at 4 p.m.
  • Why Go: Authors Meir Doron and Joseph Gelman will discuss and sign their book, Confidential: The Life of Secret Agent Turned Hollywood Tycoon Arnon Milchan, about the well-known movie producer who led a secret double life as an Israeli covert agent.
  • Cost: Free. Book cost $24.95
